Default Need a cylinder head for my 140

It seems that the head on my JD 140 riding mower is toast. I have no idea where to look for one. The local JD parts dealer says they cant find any anywhere so I am putting this out into the universe. I am hoping someone has a used/new one or even any leads on where to look. I didnt find anything on Ebay yet.

This is the info I got from the dealer

    Engine Model # K321A5

    Spec # 60102A

    JD Part # M34945

Koller 237830-5 (newer style) may work

The correct part number is a 237830-S. Kohler MSRP is $195 and some change. I am sure there are cheaper places to obtain the listed part number.
