Does anyone know of exhaust extensions available for my X748 ? The exhaust exits directly onto hydraulic hoses from the snowblower.

JD sells wire loops that bolt to the tractor. I put one on mine near the front using the hood pivot bolt, and it keeps the hoses out of the exhaust. I would look to go this route before extending the exhaust.

Yes my tractor came new with this loop which puts my hoses right in front of exhaust.

Move the loop or add another. Mine is not in the recommended location.

The setup person at your dealer didn't take the exhaust into account, so you will likely want to do that job for him (and move it as Gittyup said).
Don't think you will want to add an exhaust extension.
I would mention it to the dealer that set it up, so they are aware of the problem. Otherwise there will be no feedback to the setup kid. (and not too long ago I was that "kid" setting things up).

Thanks guys for the feed back. I'll take a look at this as soon as I have a few minutes.

Here is my setup. Since taking the photos I've added a coupe of tie wraps to tiddy things up a bit. Hoses have been good thus far, staying above the exhaust. I know what I have is for the blade, and a retro-blade fit at that, and you have a blower. Might be a bit different, but there should be plenty of places to dress the hoses to prevent exhaust damage. Hey Gittyup, is it just me, or does your plow mounting frame in the right side of that pic have an enormous crack in it? Sure looks like it. I'd be welding/reinforcing that ASAP if it were my machine.

That's water or oil running down the side. Sure does look like a big crack at first glance!

Here's where the hose hangers should be located, one of them just above the exhaust. Installed per JD front hitch installation instructions.

These photos show the location without the hoses, you can see the wire loop is attached to a hole in the frame just above the exhaust:
