I just picked up their 200w magnetic heater. Now where should I place it? :)

Where it is steel, and what you want to heat... likely oil.
What did you have in mind before buying it? Cold start for blowing/plowing snow?

I want the oil heated prior to cold starts. The block doesn't appear to be steel; hope I didn't just make a bad purchase!

With an aluminum block and oil pan it could be challenge to use a magnetic heater. Usually magnetic heaters were mounted to the oil pan so the heat would rise.

Use synthetic oil in the engine and you should have no problem with thick oil restricting starting in cold weather.

Take it back and get your money back.
