I have a 2007 HPX 4x4 with the 20 HP FD620D kawasaki engine, liquid cooled.

The return water pipe (metal) is leaking at a joint. How do I fix that?

The pieces I thought were clamps were not. They were stabilizer points attached to the sheet metal under the cup holders.
Sorry.
I found the leak and corrected it.

Any one know the temperature sensor screw in hole size and thread size, metric or american or british?

Very likely metric.. still have the old sensor that you replaced?

I don't knew what happened to it. Probably lost in the field when I replaced it with the new one.
