Can anyone tell me if a Deere 4600 backhoe that is currently mounted on a 4115 Deere will fit on my 2520. I saw one advertised for $4000 and was wondering if this was a good deal or not. The hoe has less than 50 hours on it and looks like new in the pictures. Does anyone know if the sub frame is the same or not? Is it possile to install and how much do you think it would cost me to do so. I hope someone out there can answer my questions. I am new to this site and have a new 2520 that I would like to have a hoe on. I appreciate any help with this. Brent

Thank you. I already have the power beyond as I use that to supply my two cylinders for the rear snow blower. Thanks, again.

I am asumeing a 4600 and a 46 hoe are the same.
I never heard of a 4600 hoe. there are some guys here that had a 46 hoe on there 4115. according to the JD site the subframe is different. the one for the 2520 shows to be $220.00 and you will be set....;)
everyone needs a hoe...:)

Yes the hoe I saw was a 46 on a 4115. I am interested if anyone has taken the 46 hoe from a 4115 and installed it on a 2520. Has the 46 hoe changed at all since the 2520 was intrduced? It is my understanding that the hoe doesn't fit with R4 tires without some modifications. Is this true?
