They are called East Texas Hydraulic Service Center, Inc. 903-592-4511 I only have a PO Box for an address. You'll have to call for directions and a physical address. The are just below the North East Corner of the Loop and the street is sort of run down, up a hill, full of older businesses.
My last bill was $96 to rebuild a cylinder off my dozer blade.
