2320 2520 Fender Extensions

Installed the fender extensions today, and when I was looking for threads on them here I couldn't find any so I thought I'd post some pics for future searches.

Another angle. Real easy to install, each side is 4 black coated rivets. Drilled the holes, threw some touch up paint on the sides of the holes to cut down on corrosion and popped the rivets on.

Thanks for postin those! I was/am considering some for my 2520. I am going to try to build some front fenders, and if they turn out good I will also get the rear fenders. Too bad they didn't make them go under the black on the platform. Does look sharp though!

I'd agree, that back sharp corner just looks unfinished. It looks like these can be used on the EU models with the cab, so maybe that is why they have that hard edge back there.

HI - I am buying the extensions but doesn't it go under the original fender - look at accessories under the 2000 series on Deere Web site and go to exterior - there is a pic of the fender extension and it is not like yours.

Just asking - I am not sure myself.

That link at John Deere's site shows the same attachments no matter what series of utility tractor you click on, and if you look at the photo you can see that is a 4000 or 5000 series tractor with the undermount extensions. The link I posted above is from the build your own configurator for the 2320, and as my photos show, the fenders for the 2320 mount above the fender.

Sounds good - just checking. I realize that it wasn't a 2000 series in the pic - I thought there was an adhesive on the top of the extension in the picture you showed - in grey. Can't wait to get mine on.

Got a question for you guys, was wondering what your opnions are to this, would it look better if one was to paint the green space in between the fender ext. and the side console with the grab handle and the space below the extension that is green, and paint them black? I think it would look much cleaner and should have been made this way in the first place. I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud here.
