Canadian Tire reg 149 bucks. No its not guaranteed for any weather.

Warnings all over box, high winds snow, heavy rain we are not responsible for.

the fram seems pretty good, and the tarp is pretty solid, I will just push the snow off with large poll etc.

Seriously, great job. Mine is similar but costed $169 instead, 10'x20' has sides and back, and a zip up door in the front.

Yes would have liked the sides etc, but I got it for the price. Things are a lot cheaper in the states still I think.
