JD 650/750/850 Obsolete Parts
For those who need obsolete parts, I found the following list that cross-references JD part#'s to Yanmar Part#s so that you can order the Yanmar equivalent.
http://www.fredricksequipment.com/Portals/0/John%20Deere%20Catalog.doc
I talked to Rob at Fredricks Equipment and he was most helpful and confirmed that these are NEW Yanmar parts for your old JD tractors. And the price of the parts is less than HALF what JD whats for them even if they were still available!!!
Hope this helps.

Anytime.
Thank God for Google!!! It helps cut through the BS you get from local Dealers who would rather blow you off than actually help you out.
I got the run around from local JD dealers AND a local Yanmar dealer so I let Mr. Google do the heavy lifting. Too bad I had to send my money to Alabama but I'll gladly support folks who have a can-do attitude and who are willing to go the extra mile.
P.S. - Ordered the parts on Monday and they arrived before noon today. That's what I call Customer Service.
