I'm looking to buy a used john deere 435 round baler. And have not been able to find the min PTO hp for the 435. I have a 57 pto hp tractor. Will this be good?

Welcome to TBN. I looked here: John Deere Ag - New Equipment: Technical Publications - Equipment List

If you'll note - there is not a current manual available in an Adobe format that you could download or view directly. So, you'll have to either buy it online or chat with your local JD folk's and they can both give you the specs from the owner's manual or better yet -- give you some first hand knowledge of what they have seen that has worked or not worked from the front end of a 435 baler.
