    Default Backhoe for JD 4100

Can a JD 47 Backhoe be attached to a 4100, perhaps with a special bracket?

I'd think you could attach it, as you say with special brackets, but don't think you would want to trust the 4100 to be sized big enough to handle the hoe without getting torn up. The 4100 weighs in at about 1500 #'s? Wonder what the 47 hoe weighs?
Would the 5 gpm flow at 2500 psi hydraulics be enough for the hoe?

The #47 is way to big for your 4100. Did you see that one for sale and get curious? It is indeed a great price.
