Re: Did you name your tractor ?
It's funny that this thread would come up. Yesterday I was talking to my wife about cutting up and hauling away a split cedar tree between the yard and field. I said I was going to get JD to help me. I didn't think she would know that I was talking about the John deere 3520 but she picked up on it right away.
After the job was complete I thot I'd have fun and told her of a metal post that was in the ground where the cedar was. I said I asked JD could he pull it out and JD responded " just put a chain around that sucker and watch what I can do". Came out no problem. She got a good laugh.
I always tell her you gotta let a man be a man. She does.
JD is what I call my tractor as of yesterday.JD3520 eHydro, 300CX FEL, Frontier RB 1172 6', Frontier CA2060E, Frontier RC 1060, LandPride FSP 1000 3pt Spinner Spreader, Leibach 6' Disc, Leibach 2 bottom plow, Ford 5' 3pt finish mower, Kubota ZD-28, Gravely 14 hp 50" walk behind, Stihl Trimmers and Pruners, Diamond 18' Landscape Trailer, 13' High Side trailer, 2001 Chevy 2500 HD 4x4, 2000 Chevy 1500 Z71, JD4010, 3210 Bush Hog 10' Rotary Cutter

Re: Did you name your tractor ?
LOL. I just use the same name John deere tagged them with --- 3720 and 4320. On rare occasions, other select names are used depending upon culpability.
