I have john deer 5103 that is stuck in 2 gear how can i get it out or get to start

Try hooking a solid bar between the drawbar and that of another tractor. Then with the other tractor "rocking" the 5103 try moving the shifters.
You might also try jacking up the rear axle. Sometimes unloading the gears will let them shift.John Deere 2030 JD 245SL Loader
