Thanks Edward. I did find them. They are tucked away above the radio on the right side and in a similar spot on the left side. They are shooting down towards the operator, but on the right side, the radio is in the way. They are super cheap looking 4x6 plate units. I'm going to replace them with something better in the hopes that, despite the obstructions, I'll get an improvement in sound. Will also swap out the head unit and run a USB cable down to the right console to replace that aux connector that is there now. I'll need to do some custom soldering work for sure.
Yep, that's the adapter Crutchfield included when I picked up my heads unit. Here's what the connectors look like:

That colorful connector is for the bluetooth mike (red arrow) and aux audio in (yellow arrow). I won't need this at all with the new head unit as I'll be running a USB cable and the unit comes with a mic cable.
I'm having a hard time trying to get the connectors out of this plug:

I wish! Unlike the dozen or so other connectors on the left and right console panels, this one does not disconnect. It is part of the harness. The ground wire can be unscrewed, but the 2 positives and permanently part of the harness. I suppose I can look at what else if left to disconnect to pull the entire harness, along with that plug.Isn't that just a pigtail? I think there should be a connector a little further down the line that would be able to uncouple easily.
Whack attack the 2 red leads leaving enough lead on each end to work with. and put some Anderson Powerpoles inline to make your own quick disconnect.
