I stumbled upon this video on youtube of a 5045D from India with what appears to be a 4000 series MFWD front axle. Also has a neat looking dozer blade. My guess is it's not for loader applications though, probably wouldn't hold up to the 500 series loaders (looks like very few tractors have loaders over there anyways)

It's interesting the different models they come up with for different markets just by mixing and match parts.
