Either a special box end wrench or a crows foot or wobble socket on a long extension.

Thanks again That is a twisted wrench I will try crows foot or swivel socket combo

Yes it's a doosy, but it is not a needed tool for these starters just handy. Have also seen guys go to the pawn shop and buy a couple of end wrenches and build their own. Lot's of dealers used to stock this tool though, should sell for around $25-$35. Like others said, crowsfoot, extensions, etc and you should be goodI don't think the 2 bolt flanges were as hard to get to as the 3 bolt flange starters.
