Thanks for showing the pictures and telling about the tractors.The old Gentleman did a nice restore on those old iron machines.It's too bad there is no one in the family that wants to carry on with the farming.

Same with my Grandparents farm that had been generations in the family.

My uncle passed away rather quickly when my cousin was 18... he was in the Service and was discharged so he could help run the farm.

Never really cared all that much about the hard work and found working in the city much easier... not having a Dad to show him the ropes and work with is what really did the farm in to my thinking.

Anyway... cousin is now retired at an early age and sells off land when he needs money.

Kind of sad to see it all go away...

Always loved the old tractor and it was my best experience visiting the farm as a child... tried to buy it once with no luck... later I heard it went for scrap.
