This may already be known by many of you, But.
In my Feb. issue of "Compact Equipment" on page #9 is an article on a JD recall for the 4000 series and 110 TLB's with hydro transmissions.
Model Serial number ranges.

110 TLb with HST LV0110T21107 through LV0110T211617

4210 CUT with HST LV4210H220677 through LV4210H221025

4310 CUT with HST LV4310H232267 through LV4310H2336638

4410 CUT with HST LV4410H241367 through LV4410H241821

4610 CUT with HST LV4610H260774 through LV4610H260906

4710 CUT with HST LV4710H270806 throug LV4710H271286

Articl states that an internal failure may occur witin the hydrostatic transmision . The failure prevents the transmission from returning to neutral after the peddles are released.

It does not list any kind of recall notice number but there is a phone number for the customer communications center
800-537-8233

This may well be old news to many, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

Oops - guilty as charged, Thanks Mark!! Safety is serious. Good manufacturers go to great lenths to assure their customer's sagety. (and cut down on big settlements while they're at it..)
