JD was having a 12% off sale on filters. So, I took my unused filters from my lemony 1025 in and checked to see what other ones I needed for the 2025.

Both use the same fuel bowl and air filters. The 2025 does NOT have the underfloor in-line filter that's such a ***** to get to on the 1025.

They use different oil filters and hydraulic filters. Those are the only 2 I needed. Still around $58.

The 2025 has a spin-on hydraulic filter and just has a suction screen where in the same location as the 4010. Guess they couldn't get enough flow with the filter on the suction like on the 4010.

So far, the 2025 is a whole lot more civilized than then 1025. No real fast, rough idle, and the joy stick doesn't do nutty things to the bucket like it did on the 1025. No warranty calls, unlike on the 1025. The 4010 never required any.
