Here is a picture of my old 2210 siting at the John Deere dealer.Just took the picture after they put out on the lot.It has a 200CX loader,54C mmm, daul rear work lights, and 4 forwarding lights. It also has heavy duty 35 amp alternator and black heater. You would not believe the things I hauled and pulled with that tractor. Cars, trees, rocks you name it I pulled with that tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gifI will miss that tractor it was the best tractor. So heres the picture of my 2210.

May I ask what you did to get a 35A alternator in your 2210?

At the time I brought the tractor I knew that I was going to put more lights on it so I had put the heavy duty 35A alternator in so I could run more lights or a 200 Gallon sprayer. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

There is a 35 amp alternator available for the 2210, and 4010 through 4115 series from JD, but it cost's $400.00 /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Yes you read that right, $400.00

Yes they did it right there that night and delivered it the next day.The 2210 uses the same heavy duty alternator as a 4010 so they did not have to look much to get the alternator. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah $400.00 was alot but it makes a big differents when using the lights or powering the sprayer and I will tell you that the sprayer will drain a battery in quick hurry. It was money well spent. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I traded my tractor in because I wanted something a little bit bigger. There was nothing wrong with my 2210 to tell you the truth I would have kept the 2210 if had money to put down on the new one.My 2210 ownly had 70 hrs on it and it was a 2004 model so it was not worked very hard.I tell you I do miss that tractor. Someday I will buy one again for playing around with. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I am confused, did you sell it back to them, consign it to them, or use it as a trade in? By the way is the dealer your refering to got an owner by the name of John? (in Mason?)
