The other day when I was walking towards my tractor straight on, I seemed to notice that my bucket didn't seem exactly centered with the machine.

I know about checking tire preasure, and adjusting the loader mast nuts.

But does anybody know what to do if your loader seems to be 3 or 4 inches to one side / off center?

I took my loader off, and reseated it several times, and I still seem to be not centered. I don't ever recall ever hitting anything with it.

Just to make sure it wasn't just my eyes playing tricks on my, I took (2) 2x4's and used the straight edge of the board up against the bucket sides. Measured the distance between the edge of the board and the side of the front tires. On my right side I measured 12.25 inches between edge of board and edge of tire. On my left side I measured 8.5 inches between edge of board and edge of left tire.

I also used the edge of the board along the side of the loader arms to make sure they aren't bent. And within a quarter inch they seemed straight.

Also the nut that is used on the Loader Cross Tube doesn't line up with the center of the Tractor Grill. That seems about 3" off.

Has anybody else had to deal with this or know of a solution on how to fix it. And yes my mast bolts are equal in the amount they are screwed out, and they are flat against the masts.

Any suggestions I would appreciate it.

I have a 300 CX and can't imagine what could make it that far out of whack, it would bother me if it was just a little out even if it didn't effect safety or performance but with yours I wouldn't use it for any critical applications until you figure it out.
What do you use it for? I use mine for some pretty heavy stuff like in the pics.

In one of the pictures you posted, there is a 430 loader, not a 300CX?

I mostly use it for scraping packed down snow, and moving some snow bankings. I have done Light duty dirt work with it too. The hardest thing I've ever done with it is backdragged some dirt to fill small potholes.

Any solutions?

I wondered if any one would catch that, My 4310 came with the 430, I wanted the extra lift capacity of the 300CX which is considerable so I found a dealer that only charged me about $450.00 to trade up.

Are you sure it's set on the mount post and the front is engaged with the weight bracket, for the kind of misalignment you have it would require some high speed impact with a stationary object if it wasn't just not installed properly.
You said you don't remember hitting anything, well you wouldn't forget that kind of impact, does anyone else use your machine?
No, no solutions yet, I'll look at mine tomorrow and see if I can come up with anything.

Hello

Try removing the loader. Take a 15/16 wrench loosen mounting frame. Then rotate the mount over the top to the back as much as posible. Hold it there an tighten down. Now install loader an lift front tires off the ground. Then check to see if the mast bolts have aprox. 1/8th" to one 1/16th" gap. If this dosen't help take a tape an messure from upper boom hole center (at mast)to lower boom hole center (bucket pivot) on both sides. If not the same boom is bent.:(
