congratulations, once you've owned a tractor you can't imagine being without one. They are the most useful toy (I mean tool) on the planet. Best advice I can provide is wear your seat belt, leave the rops up and be aware of your surroundings. Do all preventative maintenance and you'll be amazed at how long a diesel tractor will last, multi-generational stuff. Be certain to do the first service, I think 50 hours, critical to get fresh oil and filter in the machine. The four year warranty will go by fast and all of your preventative maintenance will be well worth it come 10-15 years and 1500-2000 hours. I just upgraded to my 2004 kioti from my 1979 Kubota and she was still running strong, got the boss to buy off on the kubota being too small and a need for a larger (safer - always a good pitch) machine. For me half of the enjoyment comes from caring for the machine. They are extremely well made machines and should last a very very long time. Best wishes for many happy hours.

Everyone,
Thanks for the suggestions and the pat on the back. Dang.. this waiting on the tractor seems to take forever. It's not that I can really use it ... It's keeps raining here, but you know how it is... When your waiting for something, you want it yesterday. All I know right now is that I've got my fingers crossed that when Rick gets here with my CK20S HST TLB, everything is 100%. BTW.... I want a GRAPPLE!! IT, that's your fault! ![]() |
