CK25HST Pricing and Questions?

Ok, need opinions on the quote I have please... (any help would be appreciated):

(1) CK25HST with FEL, Kioti 47" tiller, and 60" finishing mower. Price quoted at ~$18700 CDN or $19300 USD.

Does this sound right?

(2) The finishing mower will be used in a pretty weedy pasture. Should I get the rough cut mower instead?

As far as mowing if you are going to mow it every week to keep it green grass get the mower.
If you are only mowing a couple times a month get the cutter.

I'm in Canada (just north of Grand Forks, ND)... But with the $ pretty much even with the US, I have been doing plenty of shopping in ND, MN, etc...
