good overall condition. Hydraulic Fluid and Oil Changed at 100 Hours. Everything works. Bucket is slightly bent, and the tooth bar has one bent tooth.
Little to no rust, only one real New England Winter since I moved up here from the south.

Opinions on what this is worth? We're looking at moving somewhere where I won't need the tractor, and it takes up a lot of space.

I was thinking around $10000 listing price and hoping to end up over $9500. What do you guys think?

New, it'd be about $15K, and yours is practically new. I think $10K is too low.

I traded a '05 Ck30 in '08 w/300+ hrs & got $11K, so I don't think $10K is to far off the mark and might be a bit high.

I think you are in the ball park, but maybe a little high on firm price. I saw a 2008 with 76 hours listed in Tractorhouse for 12,750 and it was posted in Dec 2011 and still there. It was good and clean no dents or rust. The CK 25 was discontinued in favor of the CK27 so that is another strike against it.

Well if you can wait a little, Tier 4 final is going to be implemented for 2013 and that will drive the price up of not only new tractors, but used ones as well.

Wow! That's awefully cheap. I wouldn't sell mine for $10K. Cost too darn much to replace. Maybe next time I'll buy slightly used, if I can get it for $5G's cheaper for mere 140 hours of service.

Gary,

I don't see how it being discontinued is a real strike against it. It was only discontinued due to emissions stanards, not for performance or any other reason. The CK27 is essentially the same engine, just got 2 extra hp or so when it was modified to meet the new standard. There won't be a parts issue as nearly all the parts are the same as the CK's made today.
