Price Check Is this a good deal on a LK3504?

Hello,

I am looking at a Kioti LK 3504 that is for sale it has 1128 hrs on it was told that it was from mowing. The dealer has put a Kelly Loader and is asking $9495.00 for it. The loader will has a 60" bucket. I am looking for a tractor in the 30HP to 45HP range to maintain a realtively flat 1/4 mile driveway, moving dirt, using a bush hog. and other property maintaince. Does this Kioti sound like it would work for what I need, would it be a reliable. Looking for some input, and trying to keep the price under $10,000.00. Also this would be the first tractor I would own will it be user friendly. Here is a link from craigslist with a few pictures

Looks clean, 2WD hurts resale value, so see if you can get it for lower price. Make sure you can live with 2WD. Can you bundle in a rotary cutter with the deal?

That tractor is 4wd
If you want different tires it can be pricey.
Tractor is almost identical to a 3054 except for engine size.
It has a 3cyl 35hp engine instead of the 30hp engine.
