So after about 18 months of research, comparing and following threads here I pulled the trigger and purchased a NX6010 HST Cab and it was delivered today. Getting delivered was a chore in itself. My dealer had to get it from the Springfield, Mo. area. That tractor had 1 rear remote already installed on it and I wanted a second one added. So they had to order that part in. Arrived in about 1 week. Tractor was to be delivered yesterday but while they were loading it on the transport trailer hydraulic fluid starting squirting out everywhere from underneath. According to the dealer a quick call to Kioti support and they directed him right to the problem. A O-ring wasn't installed correctly (smashed and cut) on one of the valves that is used for reverse on the HST. Sorry can't recall the exact name of the part. Installation of a new O-ring and problem fixed. He did also make a comment that he thought there was a delay going into reverse but wasn't sure it was a problem as he didn't have any Kioti HST experience, but when he replaced the O-ring it fixed that problem. So dealer headed out today to deliver my tractor, get a call 1 hour before they are suppose to deliver it, truck has a flat tire. Are you kidding me! Dealer was able to limp to a tire shop and get a replacement tire. So was delivered about 2 hours later than originally planned but I got it! Dealer was very apologetic for the delays and communicative during the whole process. The tractor came with a factory radio. I didn't ask for it, nor was it a line item I purchased. I had planned and actually already purchased another radio, so not sure if I will swap it out or not. The A/C works very good, had to turn it down as I got cold, granted only about 82 here today, but I know I am going to like the A/C. This was my first experience with a loader as my previous tractor (Kubota L3200) didn't have one. Going to take me a bit to get use to it but did some smoothing of the driveway with the bucket. Also dug in the dirt. Like others have noted, the low gear has all kinds of power. Currently have a Land Pride 7' Rotary Cutter. I noticed right away that the Cat 2 top link and lift arm on the Kioti wasn't going to attach. So went to TSC and got some Cat 1 to Cat 2 bushings. While walking in the isle I noticed some PTO adapters and whatnot. I didn't look at the PTO shaft on my mower, but am I going to need to get some sort of CAT 1 to CAT 2 PTO adapter to go between the tractor and my mower? Or are all 540 rpm PTO shafts the same size?
I know many of you need/want pictures so here you go. Enjoy. I can't wait to get more seat time! Thanks
