Default LB and LK series going away

I've been looking into a Kioti to do some mowing around the place. I talked to a dealer today who is new to Kioti. She explained to me that the LB and LK series of tractors are not being made any more and that she is unable to order them from Kioti. Is this true.
Thanks, Folks.

The LK2554 is being discontinued. The LK3054 is history, but was just updated to the LK3054XS. I've heard nothing at all regarding the LB1914. This sturdy price friendly workhorse is nothing but value on wheels and it would be a shame to see it go.

I believe that the CK is replacing the LB but don't quote me on it. Don't know about the LK. G

I haven't heard anything like this, but I certainly hope they do continue with the 3054XS! It's a very solid machine for the money.

I haven't heard anything on this either. I know they are keeping the LK3054xs for sure. They just re-did it and are now offering a TLB package with that model. The LK2554 is going away i do know that, but i think the LB1914 will stay. Atleast i hope it does.

Not being in the business I don't know anything for sure. If you check their web site Kioti really talks up the new LK3054XS TLB package. Would not make sense to put the money into engineering and marketing then pull the plug. Seems to be going after the Kubota B21-B35 series construction tractors. Being an owner of one of the newer XS TLB's, I can attest that it is a workhorse. The LB and LK series are not as modern looking as some of the newer models but it's a tractor not a Porshe. Oh boy, that should comment should get the blood boiling. Not that the newer styling is a bad thing.

I'm wondering if you talked to the same dealer from whom I bought my DK35 (Farm & Ranch Outlet, Loveland, CO)? I was told the same thing as I was pursuing an LK3054XS. I ended up getting the DK35 (and I love it). They had it on the lot and were paying interest on it, so they figured why not sell it at a great discount if it will get the customer (me) to take the DK35 which they had over the LK3054XS which they didn't? Turned out to be a great deal for me and for them. And they were fantastic to work with - I'd recommend them to anyone.

Yep, I knew about the 2554 but Stephanie says the others are going away. I'm really finding out if she was blowing smoke to sell what they have. Or if Kioti is really changing their line. I was impressed with the data I got on the 1914 and the 3054XS. Which I had heard was a NEW model replacing the previous 3054.

You may be right on the 3054 --> 3054XS. That would at least explain why its on Kioti's web site a 'New' model...

The LB1914 has been a nice "niche" tractor filling a low cost mechanical shuttle tractor spot and I believe it's not going anywhere. It's still a good seller, a good compromise for someone who would spend as much for an older or gray market tractor, but have a new one for about the same money. John
