just curious, how is this fraud? It is a used machine, he has no obligation to tell you anything. You bought it As Is, I assume with no obligation implicit or implied? Maybe if you asked for all repair receipts, but even still. Sure, if he messed with something to break it, I would understand. Sounds like no matter how many times he had it fixed, or you, it is a kioti problem.

When I went to see the tractor I asked about the hydralic pump. "No it never had any work". I saw a Napa oil filter on the tractor,. I asked about if it had ever had any dealer service... "No I did all the work on the tractor". IWhen I started having issues the second dealer I contacted was John Parks of Lancaster, NH. They responded they had replaced the Hydralic pump, the Orings in the backhoe and then them spooling valve on the backhoe. John Parks (Kioti dealer) told me that the spooling valve was defective design and sliced the Orings. I am positive this is why the previous owner (John xxxxxxx603-723-xxxx) sold the tractor.

By the way, I did not buy it as is... I bought as told about but definitely NOT "AS IS".

Well my tractor left today on its way to Upper Valley Tractor. I had to sign a paper about Kioti might not pay etc... Dave at Upper Valley has been very up front with me and the mechanic he sent to pick it up was very pleasant to deal with..

Just to let you know the following message was from another representitive of Kioti who said (if it was in my shop it would be warrenty" and that he worked for Kioti but didn't advertise it. ONCE AGAIN THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE DID NOT COME FROM UPPER VALLEY.

"Jim sorry we keep missing each other...
I talked with Kioti and they said to find a dealer to take it to.
But the first thing you need to do it get the tractor registered in your name.
Kioti has been know to go above and beyond to take care of an existing problems.
If the dealer that you takes this to is not willing to contact Kioti to work something out please cantact me.
I can tell you Kioti will work with the dealer on this, I am not saying that Kioti is going to pay 100% but they more than likely going to help out."

Jim,

Take a breath. Dave at Upper Valley is a participating dealer here on the Kioti Forum. I'm confident he'll do everything that he possibly can for you, including discussing the tractors issues with Kioti.

If it is any comfort my 2365 Leaks like a sieve. I purchased the tractor with 30 hours on it at the Kioti dealer. Verbal I had a bumper to bumper warranty for 2 years. This is the owner of the Kioti dealer telling me this. The first time I used the hoe I needed to add a gallon of hydro fluid.
I called the deal one day after I purchased it informed him of my great warranty the mechanic informs me they will schedule a repair and let me know if it will be covered. The whole story changed Kioti does not make the backhoe is contracted out by another company and they only warranty it for ONE YEAR!!! I called and e-mailed KIOTI THEY HAVE NEVER REPLIED !!!!
I could bring a very great case to court but I know better. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH KIOTI SERVICE AT ALL. But this is the corporate way of doing business. Pay more expect less.
I must disclose I AM NOT A ATTORNEY . I do own two real estate firms and deal with legal issues on a routine bases. Legally speaking 之erbal is legal but not enforceable unless your expert witness are willing to go to court for you展ritten is enforceable? Your case will most likely be a frustrating waste of energy and resources . I would not harden my heart and mind and stay focused on the issue of a leaking backhoe.

Where is the leak coming from? Any pictures would help. There are a bunch of super smart mechanics on this site.

The lower control valve assembly. I tightened the spool control allen bolts on the end caps it still pours out. I cleaned the area several time to help find where it starts. It looks like the bottom but I am not sure. it just runs like water. When the right backhoe lever is pulled it pours from the right side when the left lever is pulled it pours out of that side. I have just given up on Kioti at this point both corporate never returns calls any my dealer tells me 1 year warranty on attachments. I buy new so I can fix it.

I had a problem with my KB2375 while under warranty but not the leaking you describe. The dealer ordered the parts under warranty and I did the work. I like doing this stuff and I learn how the valve assembly works.
Tightening those little allen head bolts won't stop the leak and that bottom silver cup isn't for that purpose. Under those cups is an o-ring and nylon backup washer that seal the spool to the valve housing. Something probably happened to the o-ring. Being that the valve assembly is an open system with fluid running through it all the time and no leaks until you move your lever, I'd bet it's the o-rings. It pretty easy to do and probably two hours work if you remove the entire assembly off the unit.
