No, i think KiotiDrive has it right. It should fall back on the dealer that for whatever reason didn't fix it correctly the first time it was in. Kioti can only issue the svc bulletin, it was up to the dealer to follow thru.
Cooperation for all of those involved would increase if Jim would just turn it down a notch, methodically follow up without the "rants". Rd

This tractor had the pump replaced on 5/7/07 and had the spooler valve replaced on 7/3/07 according to Kioti. The valve lasted less than seven months. These were two times both the dealer and Kioti had ample opportunity to fix it. When the dealer called in and gave the serial number of this tractor it should have been flagged for the update. The dealer should have done his research as well.
If I can find this information out as an owner certainly the dealers and especially Kioti could. The system failed, the product failed. Kioti has no legimate excuse. Jim |

Kioti is there only for informational purposes on sold tractors. Sometimes the dealer will not even submit warranty paperwork on a job performed. This is why Kioti is there only for informational purposes. It is up to the dealer to abide by the service bulletins that Kioti issued. I said it once before and I will say it again, this was a case of bad representation of a larger company. The representative being the dealer and the larger company being Kioti. But I don't know why we are all wasting our breath, I KNOW you will find all this out with your lawsuit. Not to mention, in your case when Kioti did not have to step in and take care of your problem, they extended their good will to you by doing a partial warranty. I bet Ford, Chevrolet, Honda or any other manufacturer would not do any type of warranty extension on a car that is out of warranty. Like I said before, you are barking up the wrong tree. Pull back and take this information and regroup. |

Kioti should follow what Toyota did about the rusting frames on the Tacoma. They retained a loyal following and in a time of lower sales for trucks most likely sold more tacomas because of how they stood behind their product.
If Kioti doesn't have the systems in to provide information to a dealer or if they dealer is that inept to look it up. Shame on them! I think it is a great product with !@#$% support. |
