Default oil leak lk3054

hey guys need a little help. i was doing some maintenance on my tractor today and noticed a little hydraulic oil leaking out of the shaft in the transmission for the shuttle shifter & hi/lo range shifter. does anyone know what kind of seal or is it an o-ring in there and can it be replaced from the outside. it is only slightly wet and not bad. i need to know if it is going to be a big project and should start planning for down time if it would get bad. guess this might be a good time to get a shop manual. also just a heads up found the drain plug loose on the right front axle looks like i tagged a rock and nocked it loose. just something to check you dont think about. also check the orange fill cap it is a breather to. i had to unplug mine with brake clean & air hose.
