Hello all Just finished the 50 hr service on my ck20 was suprised not to find any more metal on the magnet in the transmission. Had very little, some power fine metal and a couple little shavings hope that is normal for some machines
wish the manuals were more accurate on the capacities put 5 gallon of transmission fluid, used travellers from TSC , and it of course is over filled by a quart or so the rest of the change went smooth hate where the hst filter is located take it loose and it runs all over the underneath of the machine took the seat and the plate the seat mounts to off and still got it everywhere glad the next service is not as involved as the first |

Recalling my 50 hour, the plug did contain quite a bunch of metal shavings but I had lifted some considerable weight during that period. Now I am at the 100 hour mark and prepare for a much simpler check. But the last 50 hours has been mostly stump clearing with the back hoe. This CK20 has been amazingly dependable so far.
