Bobcat 335 for the fun stuff JD gt235 for the lawn
I have a bobcat ct335 which is the same as the dk35 and when working in the woods today an errant stick pushed my fan into the back of my radiator. Anyone have any idea if that radiator fix stuff works or how much for a new one. I only have 21 hours on it. UGH!!!! I posted here as there are more experienced users here vs bobcat forum.

Frustrated!

Sorry Tornado, I'd first try a radiator repair guy, I've got one near me (at least I used to not sure if he's still around), let them tell you if it can be soddered and fixed or not.

I would never dump any of the stop leak into the system.

All else fails you'll need to replace, worst thing you can do is run a diesel hot.

If you need parts, give Wallace a try, good dealer.

Good luck,
Joel

broker--I read your thread about 11 last night beginning to end. I bought the shop manual with the tractor but did not think I would need it this soon. I guess this would be a good time to install that block heater.
Here is a pic after I removed the parts. It appears as if the stick hit the shroud which broke the fan which flew into the radiator. I am on my way to the local radiator repair shop to see if it is repairable--bobcat wants $400. The shroud and fan are reasonable (less than $50)

So did it actually leak? I wouldn't have even removed the radiator unless it was leaking.

I didn't see the leak but could smell the antifreeze. I didn't lose much as when I drained it was not down by more than a pint.

$85 at the radiator repair shop and about $50 for the fan and shroud including shipping. I got lucky this time

I've had great luck at my local radiator guy. I worry it is a dying art.
