kioti-d55 problem starting

i have a kioti-d55 turbocharged tractor that i am having trouble starting.
2 or 3 times i could get it started by moving the PTO switch from auto to
manual then it would start. but the last 2 times i had to also have the PTO
switch in the on position to get it to start. i hope someone has answer or
can give me some information as to what i can check to find and fix this
problem. the tractor is only 3 years old.

I began having a problem with my DK45SE HST not starting. It would turn over but not start. I would check everything over that I could think of. I would keep trying and it would eventually start but it kept taking longer each time. I called my dealer (Michigan Iron) and Bob told me to check the connections on the glow plug relays located on the firewall under the hood to make sure they were snug. He also had me pull my battery cable connections and clean them and the posts and retighten them. I did both and it has started great since then. I know this doesn't have anything to do with the PTO but it may be worth a shot.

thanks I'll try this and let you know if it works. i hope it doe's because i have
checked the fuses and pulled the dash and checked all the wiring that i could get to . the dealer has been no help. other than tell me to bring it in
and let him check it over. but he can't get it through his head that if it want start i can't take it anywhere.
