I'm curious if anybody has emailed Kioti directly? Wheather it be from a problem or just asking something about a tractor.
I have emailed them several times and have always received a quick response and ocassionally a phone call [img]/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif[/img]. This was another reason why I chose to buy a Kiot DK65 RedDog |

For the most part my experiences with Kioti customer service have been great.The only exception was my most recent encounter which involved trying to exchange the wrong hyd. filter(that they sent me)for the correct one.This started in June and I just received the correct one today,after many emails and phone calls.
In Jeanette's defense I think they are to the point where she could use help,I think they're having growing pains.....Mike |

Hi
Daedong has only been here in Australia for about 18mths however they apear to be expanding very rapidly. I have found the distributor prompt to reply when you have a query. Just recently i was after info on axle ratios on the DK 50 because i want to chage tires. He told me he was going to the factory in Korea in a few weeks and would get this information. Being an impatient charactor i also sent an email to daedong USA giving them details of tires available here in Australia and wether they were suitable. I received a reply within 3 days (WHAT BETTER SERVICE COUlD YOU POSSIBLY GET) vin |
