DK35 4WD
Hello All,
I have a 2004 DK35.
I was under the tractor yesterday and I noticed something odd.
I was looking at the shaft that engages the 4WD and noticed a small square piece of metal that presses onto a plunger style switch. Can anybody tell me what this switch does? On my tractor, it looks like someone rotated the shaft 180 degrees so it does not press the switch when 4WD is engaged? Thanks for the info!

Re: DK35 4WD
I think it is for the 4 wheel drive indicator on the dash.

Re: DK35 4WD
The 4x4 ind switch would be my guess too. My DK has an orange handle on left floor that runs down to linkage where this device "should be". Mine went south soon after first mud dunking and I do not use anymore. Seems like an idea that needs work, kinda silly putting it in such an exposed area.
