Some thing wrong with my new Dk45 SE HST Cab TLB.
Hoe has no poop.

You can here it go into relief, and it not really doing much, got the bucket stuck in the ground a couple of times.

I don't know if its got anything to do with the front remote electric valve the dealer put on.

Anyone else had this problem?

Love the tractor, just need to get this straitened out.

How are your BH lines hooked up? Is front remote turned off?

The BH lines are plugged into the two ports on the left side rear.
The front remote has a rocker switch on the joystick, rock the switch one way with the motor idling, it will dead head and pull the motor down, same when you rock it the other way, this is without using the curl function on joystick.
I called the dealer, and he said when you have a grapple or something hooked up you would rock the switch the use the bucket curl function on the joystick to open/close.

The odd thing is if I rock the switch and use the bucket curl funtion it still curls, I don't have a grapple or anything yet.

I parked it until we get it figured out.

If something is partially dead heading and creating alot of heat I don't want to star burning up O rings and rubber parts.

Its a WR long valve.

Who knows it may have nothing to do with it.

What do you mean turned off?

Do these tractors have a high hyd temp light?

I haven't had time to read the book yet.:ashamed:

So just read the book, no high temp warning for hyd oil.

My back hoe is connected to port B and returns to my hydraulic fill port. Its supposed to keep the oil cooler.

Did you try putting the remote lever in the opposite position (or swapped the hydro lines)?

the a/b lever (just left of loader stick) probably in wrong spot ....move lever to different spot.....I think mine is in forward but not sure never move it

Yes did both of those, backhoe does not work properly after swtiching lines or putting the a/b lever in different position.

So i look through the owners manual on the hoe and I see a in/out hose kit with the return going into the hyd fill.

I wonder if thats the problem?

You may have a bad hydraulic connection. Try unplugging both hydraulic lines that goe to the hoe, and reconnecting. If that doesn't help, you may have some debris in a hydraulic line preventing full flow. You'll have to disconnect the fittings on each line individually to fine the blockage.

Having a WR Long valve will not have any influence on the back hoe. The hoe runs on the rear remote circuit and the WR Long valve runs off the loader circuit. At least that is the way it should be hooked up.

As someone has already posted, you have to make sure your rear remote lever is in either the A or B position when using the hoe.The lever has to stay in the position, Don't just push it to the A or B postion, make sure it stays in the "detent". This opens the flow to the rear remotes.

Hope this helped.
