paint chipping on new ck30

Does anyone here have any issues with paint peeling or flaking off on the ledge in front of the seat. My machine was purchased in Dec 2013 and only have 10 hours which was used for snow blowing. How did I find that out well I was hosing off the tractor in front of the seat I noticed orange flakes so I look and at the seem just below the seat it was flaking. I wonder if this would be classified as a warranty issue.
