IM LOOKING INTO BUYING A NEW CK3510 HST AND IM WONDERING IF IT WILL BE ABLE TO PULL A JOHN DEERE KBA 2820 DISC. ITS A 20" DISC DIAMETER 28 TOTAL BLADES AND ITS 8'9" IN WIDTH. THE FRONT BLADES ARE NOTCHED BLADES AND THE BACK ARE SMOOTH.THIS IS ALSO A TOW BEHIND MODEL AND IT ALSO HAS THE TRANSPORT WHEELS.

Does anyone have any experience with using a row behind disc in this size tractor.?

(If most of Deere Disc Harrow weight is carried on the transport wheels a CK3510 will be able to pull it but penetration depth will be limited to 3" or so, then tractor will stall out.

CK3510 is a too light in weight and underpowered to make full use of this Disc. Disc is almost twice the width of tractor. (55"/105")

A towed Disc does not transfer implement weight to the tractor, the way in which a Three Point Hitch mounted Tandem Disc Harrow does. Tractor traction is less. Draft force retarding tractor is greater because towed discs are not supported by the tractor, only the transport wheels.
