Default Bad Weather

I just want to wish all the best to the TBN members who have been impacted by the recent bad weather in Florida and up the east coast. Please know that you are in our prayers.
We tend to get busy and not realize what a lot of other people are going through on a daily basis.
Maybe if you members, affected by these storms need any help or whatever? you can post your needs and get help from the great people on this site.

Hey thanx for the concern and Prayers.
We are outside Jacksonville the first track put old Charley right on us but as we all know he turned hard right. We had a beautiful day and wasted a bunch of time preparing.

Up north uhh.. I am from Jacksonville but we tried living up north for 6 years outside Windsor at Mt Ascutney. We were finally run back home.

Our Kioti rep came thru today and told me C&J Equip. in south fla. lost the roof to their building . Local prison workers and national guard are all running down to help. I had folks driving thru buying gas cans to take gas south.

Thanx for your prayers and concern

Dave

Thanks for your thoughts Dave. It's heartwarming to have others show their concern.
The damages further south of here were really terrible, and many many of the citizens of this city are there now helping to restore electricity, offering bereavement services for those who've lost loved ones, and providing meals etc. for those in need.
Anyone that wishes to help could donate money to the Red Cross and Salvation Army who are both providing a lot of assistance in the affected areas. Thanks again, John

We spent all day preparing for it, and had 5 friends from the Sarasota waterfront come out to ride it out with us, 20 miles inland. We were pretty sure they would never see their homes again.

After it turned, it passed behind us. The next town 8 miles farther inland was hit pretty hard, and the one 20 miles away was destroyed. We, and our friends, came through it fine.

I really feel for everyone who was affected. If you have never been in the Florida summer heat with no air conditioning, you really can't imagine the special kind of **** they are suffering right now, on top of losing their homes and belongings. There are a lot of ways people can help out, Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc. and I can assure you every penny is very much appreciated!
