Default 3504 KIOTI CLUTCH PROBLEM?

I bought a used Kioti 3504 with 370 hrs. When I bought the tractor the previous owner said he had to replace the cluch and the new one had only 20 hrs on it. After 10 hrs of use the tractor stopped moving. I took the tractor to a Kioti dealership and they ended up replacing the clutch and pressure plates. After mowing for 6 hrs the tractor stopped again. Looking for any suggestions on what could be causing this problem.

Sorry to hear about your problem.
Also sorry I'm of no help, because I have no idea what is causing your problem.
I do hope it gets resolved so you can start to enjoy your machine !!

One question. Do you smell anything when you are mowing?

I do not remember anything smelling unusual at the time. What would be the problem if there was a unusual smell? Thanks for the help.

If the clutch was actually being used up (the faces being worn out) that quickly, there would have to be a burn smell. Did you get to see the clutch, that they removed the last time? If there wasn't a burn smell, there MAY be as hub problem on the disk. It could have the wrong center or even be put in backward. You would have to see the disk, to be able to make that determination.

When I took the tractor in the first time they showed me the clutch. The clutch was actually ripped off the hub, the rivets holding the two together were all rounded out. Also they found a bolt that and fallen off a finger? I was hoping by taking it to a dealer that they would know how to repair/install it correctly.

Sounds like they are using the wrong disk or pressure plate.
