Since getting my CK20 I had noticed that changing the position of the BH control valve (see attachment) was kind-of a pain in the butt, so I made a " tool" to make it easier.

Pictures to follow.

Picture of actual "Tool"...
Made out of a 4" piece of 3/4 OD steel tubing from TSC and an old stanley philips screwdriver.

You're lucky. Mine, on a CK30hst, requires about two turns to change and it's under the inside of the right fender. Wallace gave me an idea. Install the remotes that use the levers on the right side of the seat. Can be used for a BH and many other things being that they have their own working control valve.

Congratulations on finding a use for that cruddy tool box. Mine in pretty much empty. Stupid PTO cover won't even fit.

KAB, this is a perfect solution. I'm still using the handle of an adjustable wrench to push it over and back. Love this idea.

Too bad, Highbeam....

There are 2 PTO covers for the CK30, one soft rubber slide-on and one hard plastic screw-on. The former fits the toolbox
fine. Late and early model CK30s, I guess. There is also
early and late model ROPS and other differences, I am sure.
