| Re: kioti warranty I think he/she needs to go back and read the entire thread. They just jumped in a little late without knowing the entire story, which had a happy ending in my opinion. |

| Re: kioti warranty I think Hodak has it correct. This was a long thread needing read from the beginning. Kioti did honor the warranty once the right person was contacted but it should have been taken care of from the first call by Jim to the warranty supervisor. I would like to think that Kioti has things like this straightened out now. Maybe members on this forum had something to do with the resolution. Remember, it was this particular dealer who charged extra and caused Jim's problem and Kioti was to talk to them. I've had no problem with warranty issues as well as many others in this forum have advised.
Warranty repairs at a Chevrolet dealership I worked at were also done exactly as Becky advises. Your customers first and others later. That only seems fair and as long as they aren't put on hold for a lengthy period of time. Non-customer vehicles were still serviced in a timely manner. In fact, we used to get a good number of vehicles from a competing dealer. They would sell cheaper but our service guys were better. |

| Re: kioti warranty Just a couple of quick replies:
Jim should never had been put in that predictament, all in agreement there.
As for it being taken care of on the first call, yup definately, unfortunately he got the pleasure of talking to the wrong person there. I'm sure some of the other dealers here will agree.
I agree when you're skimming thru these posts (an all day project somedays ) sometimes you miss things.
Luckily the wait for warranty work for all is quite short here, they honestly are a solid tractor that stands up to alot.
With about 280 Kioti dealers in the US and the thousands of Kioti's sold, I feel there are not really alot of issues. (just my opinion)
I wonder if there is a Chevy-Ford-Dodge-etc ByNet ?

| Re: kioti warranty Motorseven,
Be careful how you answer Becky's question. After eighteen years of being married to the most wonderful woman, I've learned the best answer is "yes dear", to whatever she asks. I've found that you'll get the same answer back. How do you think I got my CK30hst. |
