never had a tractor before so my first is the dk45s. been diggin a pond in my back yard and trying ti fill the fel with dirt seemed to not really fill it. the dirt is heavy dense wet clay. well just installed a tooth bar and WOW. one try at it and one scoop and it is filled to the brim. i do wish the bh were a little stronger though. even though i know the media is heavy at 2,000 rpm it struggles with a mounded bucket with the boom a little stretched out.

You lose some strength stretching out the boom. It has its greatest strength in an A shape config.
Also, the crowd (digging) appears to be the strongest on Kioti loaders. You'll get a bit more strength at higher RPM, but be careful on the swing as it will really move at higher RPM. Feathering the control for swing, or operating another function at the same time you swing will keep you from banging the boom on swinging. John |
