Probably the biggest thing I've seen is the higher hitch that allows catagory 1 hitch equipment to be used easier. Some say the curved boom but I have no desire to dig under the tractor while trenching.

I could be wrong about some of these details, but the way I understand it there are several changes. Lift capacity on the loader is higher, the three point lifts higher, the hydrostatic control pedals are separated.... which I like better, the alternator has much greater capacity, the headlights are much better ( though probably more expensive to replace) the loader valve is part of the tractor now, the parking brake retaining latch works better, and of course the backhoe has the curved boom which is actually more useful than you might imagine when trying to reach over something. There are other changes too, but those come to mind right now.

If you look at a 23 and then a 24, you will see there are alot of changes that you might not notice the first time. I'm glad I went with the 24.

The specs are so close in some area's that one would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
I have a BX23 and "knock on wood" have never had to have the dealer look at it and it's been ready to go everytime I've turned the key. Only way I'd consider a trade would be to go to a larger machine in another class. That said, 0% financing plus having a new warranty makes the BX24 a much more attractive offering. Course a low hr BX23 w/some warranty left at a great price would be hard to turn down too ![]() You can't go wrong mechanically with either machine so I'd use the $$$'s method to decide ![]() Good luck
