After contacting Brady, he immediately made it right with apoligies and no excuses. Its clear to me that other dealers could learn from his professionalism and customer service.

I just about bought a M9540DT from Brady and now I wish I had. The local dealer wouldn't get involved in a real concern over a warranty. He came to my home but did no real physical testing to see what the problem was and shame on them because my wife's suggestion found a bent rim on the front axle. Loyalty is out these days and politically incorrect my CT Yankee friend...if your happy, I'm happy ole Ob1...

I highly recommend them and will do business with them again.

My cost was lower from them than buying locally even after paying shipping charges.
Buying 2 tractors may have helped some on that though.

Barlow's gave me an excellent price, however since I've never owned a tractor before, I felt I might need to use my local dealers tech support, and
training. I'm sure my next tractor purchase or implement purchase I will use Barlow's

My son and I purchased the first and if it wasn't the first B26 from Brady it was real close to it last year. We could have not have asked for a better handling of a great sale. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and have recommended him to 2 or 3 more people of which one has bought from him already.

I'm in the NE area and have a very picky dealer (large 6 miles from home) and we were very concern about requesting service from them on a hydraulic leak as we bought from Brady. All worries were for not as they just schedule us like anyone else and took us right in did and excellent job and had the tractor back in a day.

Another satisfied customer of Brady Barlow here. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I plan to purchase additional implements from him in the future.

I was not at all impressed with any of the local Kubota dealer sales departments, and after my experience with Brady, would recommend him to anyone, anywhere in the country. My tractor was delivered on April 29th, 2008, and even with paying my state's "use tax", I still saved nearly $2000. I am currently at 47 hours, and will be performing the 50 hour service myself.
