Used BX2200 price?

Hey all, i'm new to the scene and considering purchasing a used BX2200 w/ 255 hours, garaged stored. Extras are a LA211 FEL, 60" MMM, and a Befco T30-150 3pt tiller. I'm in OH. We agreed to $8700. Does this sound like a fair price?

I'm on 5 wooded acres w/ about 1 acre of grass. Planning on using it for 1.) mowing 2.) landscaping (mulch,dirt,tilling), 3. snow removal (900' gravel drive), and other random chores involving lumber, stumps, etc.

Sounds very good to me, I wish people were selling used tractors like that in my area.

I've got almost 700hrs. on mine and would hate to let mine go for that without a tiller, of most certainly those are babied hours.
