Can someone tell me what the installation & removal time is for the B2791 quick hitch? Does a sub assembly get bolted on to stay? Then the rest goes on/off with pins, or what???? And if the B2755 72" blade is parked on a dolly is it one-person job to install & remove that as well? Thanks for your help.

. The quick hitch can be attached with one person but it is easier due to its weight with a second person. You do not need to remove the front brush guard unlike the smaller BX series were you do. The blade itself just clicks into the quick hitch. I have my front blade on a dolly and it takes probably a minute to hook it up once the quick hitch is installed. There are four hydraulic lines, two from the quick hitch itself for up/down and two on the blade for left/right. They hook to the loader hydraulic control. The loader joystick is used to control up/down and left/right.

I've installed and uninstalled the sub-mount and blade by myself and it doesn't take much time, and isn't complicated at all. I have the blade at the back of the garage and either pull into it and hook it on or pull the pin, throw the lever and back out of it. The sub assembly comes off within minutes.

The subframe can be a really easy one person install. I keep it on a dolly, if you don't it is pretty heavy to move around by yourself, roll it under the tractor and then lift it up to hook it on the front bumper. I then turn the tires full to one side and take a 3' long 2x4 to lever the back of the quick hitch up to the mounting hole in the tractor and slide the pin through, elapsed time, 5 minutes. I find the blade is actually harder to get on from the dolly than the hitch, it takes me some wiggling to get it on and off, hooking up the hoses and everything is about another 5 minutes for me. I love my front blade, I had a good winter with it last year, plus it tucks away pretty well in the garage.
