Default L-48 TLB for $25,000.

Seen a used L48 that a guy traded in on a M59 last week. It has a little over 800 hours on it. and still looks great. Just looking at it. You can tell its been taken care of. Tires are still good. And paint is still good on the tractor its self.
Has the skid steer quick attach bucket on the loader. and a 24" bucket on the backhoe. Teeth are in great shape on the 24" bucket.
Is this price in line with what it should be? Or does the dealer have it priced high? It did not have the 3 pt arms on it. but betting he has them inside.

I have the same machine and feel it is worth 28000 retail, ALthough I have quick attach hoe buckets and a third valve too,,, I's say 25 is a superb price for what your getting

If I saw that one I'd own a L48 instead of my L35. It seems the great deals are someplace other than in New England. I drove 370 miles to find mine.

If you wait for an unbelievable deal, you'll be a day late and a dollar short. Just because one was sold for a lot less than it's worth doesn't mean you'll find a similar deal, or be unhappy buying one for a good bit less than it's worth. That tractor will most likely sell quickly at that price. A L48 in good shape with decent hours is worth every bit of that 25K and more so don't be surprized if you offer less and are told no.
Having said that.. offer less, it doesn't hurt to see if the dealer is desperate.

There's a storage place under the tractor for the 3pt arms, take a look, they might be there. LarryRB can tell you exactly where it is.

Thanks guys.
I did look where the 3 pt stuff should have been on it. But all was empty. I think they are having so much stuff walk off. That they take it all in side.
Someone back in the spring. Walked off with all the pins on every tractor. And most of the draw bars.
So you can bet they have stuff like that inside the shop. Bad thing is, The city police office is right beside it LOL
Wish I could swing buying the L-48 my self now. But after buying the new Lund in the spring. It will be next year for me to get a new toy. That is unless some one was to buy my M-4700
Buddy of mine Bought a l-35 from a guy that the bank was about to take away from a guy. He was getting a Divorce and was not paying the payments. And he got it for $17,450. And its in great shape.
My wife is telling me to wait and see if the M59 will come out with a cab. So I think that is what I am waiting on.
Also for anyone looking. The above L-48 is in Savannah Tn J&J Tractor.

I'd be surprised if the M59 doesn't come out with a cab eventually, and it would be a great thing for most. Its really loud under the open fops - I've taken to putting earplugs on.

Still love the m59 though - a brute AND 3 pt and PTO. HST is addictive too.

Too many other random attachments to list (or to own, per my gf) and a really bad tool addiction. But at least I haven't bought a dump truck or bulldozer. Yet.

I hope they do come out with it with a cab. Still trying to get a price on the after market cab. But not having any luck with that.
I Know your enjoying your M59. How is it working out for you?

Its working beautifully. I just spread 20 tons of gravel in just over an hour. Amazing what a beast it is.

Thanks I know after sitting on one. Then on the L-48. The M59 is a lot more BAckhoe then the L-48.
Part of me wishes I had not gotten rid of my Yanmar 27 Excavator. It will work circles around a hoe digging ditches and such. AS it can move so much faster. But making 2 trips on every job was getting $$$
