3010 R4 tire sizes
I am going to purchase a 3010HST but have a couple of questions. 1 dealer says I can choose between small or large R4's (about 500$ difference). The other dealer says only the small R4's are designed for the 3010 and does not offer the larger. Anyone with experience? Also what is the difference bewteen a 3010HST-F and a 3010HST2W?

I don't know. My guess would be:
F - Four Wheel Drive
2W - 2 Wheel Drive
I would suggest that you spend the extra money for 4WD!
