Good M7040 Price?

Just recently sold our JD4520 because of lack of use, but we are about to acquire 5 acres that need extensive work, and 300 acres of hunting land. I also keep alot of gravel parking areas for my ministorages, and use a loader quite a bit for unloading things around my shop. I got a quote in Louisiana for 33k for a m7040 with hydraulic shuttle and a loader/bucket. Dont know what other options are included, but according to the Kubota website it was 37k when i built a basic tractor, then less 10-12 percent, it seems in line. what do you guys think?

When I was pricing earlier this year that was also the going rate I was given from more than one dealer BTW.........

Sounds reasonable to me and that is a really nice tractor; someone on here has one for sale right now.
